This is a new staple to my everyday regimen. I have noticed since taking these supplements that I do feel more relaxed throughout the day. I personally like the taste. I wish they sold these in larger quantities. But for now I can just buy multiple boxes.

They taste pretty awful like strawberry puke. They probably do what they say they’re supposed to but it’s hard to tell with these kind of things.

I only take one a day. It says to take two. But I wanted to see what they would do. I've noticed that I'm sleeping a little bit better. I will probably start taking two, but the taste.... They are supposed to be strawberry flavored. They are sour and don't resemble strawberry.

I have been taking this Ashwaganda to help me to sleep And it seems to work very well

I had heard such good things about Ashwa-wtf.... I tore into this bottle faster than lightning! At first, the smell... so so bad. But, I thought to myself "self.... the benefits of Ashwa-WTAF may be worth this smell.Then I popped one into my mouth.The absolute horror and putrid experience of that first taste will haunt me for life. There aren't words to explain the "pulled out of a garbage can on the hottest day in the driest desert" taste. After gagging over the sink for a few minutes, I once again reached for the bottle to see if maybe they had expired....Sadly, they were still within the preferred date.I cursed the gods and tossed the bottle away. Then did the same with the other bottle I ordered (because hey, convenience, I always order multiples.So, take this story as a warning. If you have functional taste buds when you try this product, you may lose your lunch.

These taste and smell nasty. No thanks!
