Great purchase, works great, well made
Works as advertised. Appears to be well made, good price. My wired connection is usually 850mbps-1G down. I'm getting consistent 348mbps down and 276mbps up with this adapter connected to my firestick 4kmax. This is plenty of speed for even 8k streaming. I believe the only reason I'm not getting more speed is that the firestick itself doesn't allow for it, as it is not needed. Very happy with this purchase. I have not experienced any negative connection or functional problems mentioned in other reviews. Plug and play, no issues. If this changes I'll revise my review.

Does not work with FireTV Stick (maybe)
This adapter does NOT work with Fire TV Stick, even though the header states that it IS for "Fire TV Stick."Do not waste your time and $$$ Amazon Technical Support finally admitted that it is NOT compatible with Fire TV.This item should not be sold as listed. Shame on you, Amazon...ed...... Don't know if this will work with Firestick or not.....I ordered the adapter recommended by an Amazon tech support agent and it,too did not work with my Firestick...... but that one DID work with a different Firestick, so.......

Good performance.
Works fine, but the max throughput for a USB mini interface is a little better than 430 mb down. I consistently get 370 mb down. The device should not be advertised as a 1G download device if the technology (connection) will not allow it.Outside of that, no performance issues with this device.

Does not work with Firestick 4k Max
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This product does not work with my Firestick 4k max even though in the product description it says that it does. No matter what I do, my Firestick will not register as being connected to the ethernet port. I should have listened to the reviews, but they were mixed with some people saying it works while others said it didn't. Live and learn!
