Q: Does this really work? & will it slow down cavities?

Hi we have been using this for about two weeks on the recommendation of our dental hygienist, mainly to stop the build up of plaque. Do I don't know about cavities. What I can say is that it is quite laborious yo use as you should swish it round for a minimum of ten minutes ( I shower, wash my hair and dry my hair whilst I am doing it. But we do like the results out teeth have never felt do clean and certainly their appearance is improved. Hope this helps

I use the oil pulling technique before brushing my teeth. You could find a natural toothpaste (without fluoride) on the web site of the same company. You could fin the taste strange at the beginning.
