Product seemed sturdy. Magnet was not nearly as strong as some of the reviews, and I read many before buying. I tried it right after I opened it and thought I should send this back, it isn’t going to work as it kept sliding around on the back of my phone. The next day, I placed on my phone in the AM and sometime that morning it fell off and is lost forever. Less than 24 hours after purchasing, it is gone and I have nothing to return. Update*** found the magnet!!! I describe the issue to a co-worker. He told me that even though my phone case allows wireless charging, I should buy one with the additional magnet. So I did. And now the magnet works perfectly!!! So make sure that you have the wireless charging case with the additional magnet!!

The magnet is very strong. The functionality of the 360 rotating ring is great. The flipping durability of the actual stand is not long lasting.I like to fidget so I flick the stand back and forth a lot. This did not last two months.Edit: Customer service contacted me and has reached out to provide a replacement and a full refund. I am happy with their customer service.Edit 2: The replacement has arrived and it is seemingly way stronger than the original one I received. Suffice to say, I really enjoy their customer service and the product they deliever. Bumped from 1 to 4 in first edit and 4 to 5 stars currently.

UPDATE 1/31/23: Following my initial review below, customer service did reach out to me to offer a replacement. I was definitely appreciative of it and was willing to git it another chance. This was back in October 2022. Fast forward to now, I admittedly was not using the replacement ring as frequent as i did when I bought my first order. However i started to do so and immediately after a few days saw the same behavior I mentioned below. The ring itself became loose and would not stay up on it's own. The pin that held the ring started coming out again. So all in all, I think this is definitely not up to the typical quality of spigen products in my opinion. I'm looking at purchasing a different product now. I want to add a 'complimentary' star for the great customer service from when I first filed my review but I'd like to leave it at 1 star for now considering the product itself really isn't reliable. Granted, I just noticed there's an 'Upgraded' version they're selling though I'm not sure what's new about it so I cannot speak to that. I can only speak to the version I purchased back in Sept 2022 and then the replacement item I received in Oct 2022. Unfortunate situation as I've always loved their products but this one is definitely a big miss in durability and quality.===============================ORIGINAL REVIEW:I’ve liked the spigen brand for awhile because of its durability in phone cases but this product doesn’t appear to have the same quality. I purchased this item less than a month ago and after using it for about 3 weeks, the ring/stand doesn’t stay locked in when tucked away. So when I’m holding my phone the ring just dangles down (which can be seen in my photo as I just hold the ring) therefore it’s always making a noice in the pocket or makes some noise. Also makes putting the phone down on the table a little tricky cause it might catch and not lay flat. So I noticed a metal pin that seems to hold the ring is coming out of one side but I cant seem to push it back in using pliers or anything small. Therefore I can’t use the item really and have decided to just take it off my phone completely. Hopefully they can figure out a better way to execute this product because I did like it at first.UPDATE: wish i had read other reviews before purchasing. I can definitely agree with the same issues in other reviews that talk about the hinge pin coming out but not being able to be re-insterted. There definitely is a flaw with this product. I don't recommend at all.

This is a very strong magnet to hold to the back of your phone very securely. It does need to be removed in order to lay it on a MagSafe charger. Unfortunately, after one year of use, The little pin that holds in the ring started to slip out of one side, making it unsafe to use. Also, it would be nice if there was a bit of silicone cushioning on the inside of the ring so that the ring is not so hard on fingers.

I got the white version. It works very well easily applied onto a magnetic surface and takes off easily. He’s there for holding and use it as a stand to watch movies. Very reliable and Slim. Best thing I ever bought.

I liked this ring and its the second time I purchased it, in the past 6 months i wish there was more color options like blue or orange but that’s besides the point. My point here is, after my second experience with this ring of the same issue. I don’t know if I will buy it again unless the problem gets fixed.I’ve had this ring for a couple of months now, I noticed the pin holding the ring together started getting loose a few weeks ago, (as happened with the first ring I purchased as well a while ago.) I tried pushing it back in. But it wouldn’t budge, then yesterday it became very loose and i had to trash it because it wasn’t useful anymore…Good piece until it starts to come loose. Should last longer for such a simple product that is $20+ it would be better if the pin didn’t become loose and it lasted longer… it shouldn’t be limited to only a certain amount of bends or turning the ring but if thats what it is, then please write it on the packaging so we know this won’t last as long as the we think.

I like the design of this product. it fit all my needs and usage scenarios perfectly, and the form factor is decent. that said, the ring because loose and wobbly after less than 3 months of usage, and now its completely unusable. I used to think that Spigen had good quality, but clearly that is not the case. will stay away from spigen products in the future.
