Really great! I’ve noticed my appetite is more regulated and I’ve been less compelled to over eat. I also feel more energized for longer after I eat. The texture is a little gummy and sticks on my teeth, but the flavor is great! I love apple:) very easy to eat. The ingredients are clean and no bad taste. Very good!

This supplement has been a life changer for my weight loss journey. Since I have started taking it I have noticed a significant decrease in cravings and I don't get as hungry as fast. It is super easy to take I just pop one in the morning and start my day. While I don't think it has boosted my metabolism it has made it easier for me to make good food choices throughout the day

Saw a boost in energy. Was not craving sweets and didnt have much of an appetite which was great. They are hard so I wasn't able to just take a bite of half I had to eat the whole thing at once. Definitely chewing once you get into it. Was concerned about the taste but its actually not bad at all.

I tried this out for 30 days and honestly I love it. I have a slow metabolism so it definitely help speed things up which definitely helped with my gut problems. Did give me a bit of heartburn but it might just be because of the apple cider vinegar. Great product def would buy again

I’ve really enjoyed adding OLLY Metabolism Gummy Rings to my daily routine. The apple flavor is delicious (no harsh vinegar taste) and the texture is soft and chewy. Honestly, if these weren't so expensive I'd be tempted to keep buying them just for the taste. They taste like green apple Jolly Ranchers, and they're delicious.Unfortunately, at this price point I really can't justify continuing to buy them, as I don't really think they're doing anything for me.

So Far they are helping me gain weight, Because I Have A High Metabolism . The taste is kinda like apples, they are easy to take and smell great too.

Gummies are delicious it's so hard for me not to eat more than one. I haven't been trying these long enough to notice change so I can't give it a 5 star.
