All of the Fly by Jing products are excellent. You can buy cheaper ones at most any grocery store, but the subtle flavors of Star anise and other sources give the Fly by Jing products a unique flavor. In addition to the main type, I especially enjoy the flavor that is a hoisin sauce replacement.

All three in the variety pack are delicious.Sichuan is the spiciest, with incredible flavor. I love biting down on the soy beans. Zhong has sweet notes that are subtle instead of overpowering, with just the right amount of mild heat. Chengdu is delightfully crunchy and can be a snack on its own.Seller packaged this order protectively and delivered within two days. Excellent customer service.10/10 definitely recommend and will buy again!

I got introduced to this brand through their original Fly sauce, but this sampler introduced me to the crunch and the Zhong sauce, which has quickly become my new favorite. Breakfast food taste so much better with Zhong sauce on it. Now to get the 16 oz jar of the stuff. I am that in-love.

This is 2nd time I've ordered these. I enjoy the sweater one, but the crunchy version is pretty hot. They also went up on price, so that a bit of a bummer. Overall, I like them, and it's hard to find something like this is the local stores here.

5-11-24 UpdateTried the Chengdu Crunch and chipped a tooth on whatever garbage was in the jar.Seriously, IMO, avoid their products.We LOVE Chili Crisp in our household and have used it for years. My SO saw this particular brand featured on Martha Stewart's site by a guest chef. The guest chef raved about it so I bought the variety three pack.What I got was a lot of expensive oil and virtually no crunch. Trust me, if you have a decent Asian market in your area, you can do much better than this brand - for a LOT less money.The seller reached out to me and offered to replace the order. They explained that each jar is hand packed and they strive for a 50/50 mix of oil and crunch. I accepted their offer and received three replacement jars. Again, the Sichuan Chili Crisp is mostly oil, the other jars did have more "stuff" than oil.While I appreciate the replacement and give them five stars for customer service, I have to be honest and stick with my original comment - you can do much better than these products for a lot less money.These products are made in China like most every Spicy Chili Crisp I have ever purchased so let's not kid ourselves about the labor costs involved.

Absolutely delightful! We’ve now tried all three flavors-and seriously can’t decide on a favorite. We have used these on breakfast items-quiche, frittata, eggs; meats, vegetables, rice, ramen, and more Well-balanced flavors, medium heat level (in my opinion. Husband says they’re mild).
