Comfortabe to wear
The tubing is much softer that the original from Littman, but it doesn't seem to effect the clarity of the sound and it is much more comfortable to wear around the neck. It is also a little longer than my original tubing.

I like it.
Good quality and durable. I have a littmann III SE that bent at the tubing. I was skeptical at first when buying the replacement tubing. Works for me and works well with the EKO I attached. I put four stars because I won’t be back on shift until the end of the month to really test it out in the field.-CC Medic

Easy to Install
Sound quality improved by using this tubing. It was easy to replace; used a small knife to cut the old tubing off to push the new tubing on the stethoscope chest piece.
