It does the job but it's not great. the lid came slightly bowed so it creates an annoying gap when closed and I had wood shavings in the canvas lining, little issues but it's not worth £55 to me, though I appreciate the work involved and I love the look. If the lid weren't bowed I'd have given it a 4 star.

Ordered this item on Sunday and it arrived Tuesday. Excellent service. Got this to store blankets and wanted something to have on display. This fits the bill perfectly. It is really roomy as well and I have got 5 blankets in with room for more. Will more than likely get another one soon for spare pillows etc.

More shabhy than chic but kept as didn't want the hassle of returning something so big.The lid was all scratched and the paint was off and a few bits of rattan were broken.Not very impressed for the money.

I bought this basket to use in my porch for our walking boots and it is ideal. Very pleased with its quality and style.
