I was honestly nervous about getting this after several of the reviews said that the tray arrived broken. There were some other negative comments too that just made me a bit hesitant. I decided to go ahead and purchase it because I love the design - I figured that if the tray arrived broken, I could replace it if needed.It arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. Even after daily use for a couple of months, the finish is still looking brand new. I can’t really speak to the sturdiness of the tray, since I actually use red absorbent mats underneath the dish rack instead - what can I say, it looks better in my kitchen! It is a little bit smaller than I was expecting, but that’s probably my fault. I wasn’t thinking about the size of my plates and bowls which are kind of bulky, so I definitely can’t fit a full sink’s worth of dishes into it, but it encourages me to stay current with the dishes!I definitely recommend this item. It’s stylish, affordable, and it is holding up quite well to daily use.

This is probably the worst design of any product I've ever bought on Amazon. Besides the stylish look, it's completely useless in every way.- the utensil tray is open on the sides so utensils rarely stand up and just slide out of it completely, no compartments to keep them upright. Even if it was closed on the sides, they would all just lay flat because it's too wide.- no side rails to keep large dishes in the main compartment. I have owned this for less than a month and already, 4 glasses have slipped out and shattered on the counter. There besides the top rail, there is nothing below that to retain any items from slipping out like this.-the top rail is tapered on the ends so full sized plates don't even fit upright on the last wire supports.-the upright supports don't even really hold plates upright very well, and the under side wires are too close for dishes to sit lower into the gaps for a secure fit.-the plastic tray doesn't drain itself, so it just retains water. So that means you have to empty the entire thing out to lift up the frame to dump the water out. I drilled holes in mine and let those hang over the edge above the sink and it still doesn't drain well because it's too flat.Don't waste your money on this garbage, it will cost you more in broken dishes. I'll be asking for a refund. 1 star because that's the minimum.

I love the color of this dish rack, the size is average so it doesn't hold a lot of dishes, which is fine but my biggest disappointment with this is the ends where it holds the silverware are open and so all the silverware slides out.They should have put the mesh all the way around the silverware holder part of it. It's sturdy. Water doesn't drain well from the mat they sent with it. It's cleans easily with a dish towel.

OK, so I read a couple of reviews. All said that the drain board was punctured by the rack due to poor packaging. We decided that we liked the drying rack so much that we would purchase a separate drain board if it came in damaged. The company fixed that problem, although the packaging slip said there was a drying board, there was none and, as such, not damaged. We still have to buy a separate drain board! The rack looks great! Now, after using it, it is still great looking but not functional. The silverware bins are not closed and everything falls out.

I wish the drain tray drained into the sink instead of sitting in the tray but i like the dish rack.

This drying rack looks nice but as other reviewers said, the basket for silverware is useless. Everything falls out because the sides are so open. However, I tolerated it because it matched my kitchen. I bought this in January and it’s now august and the silverware basket has become quite rusted. It’s now transferring to my utensils so unfortunately I have to get rid of it.
