I had a couple of technical problems but talking to tech support stepped in and helped me along the way. These guys are outstanding and very determined to help.The gaming pc itself runs at about 50-60 FPS on most games (like Rainbow Six Siege and Witcher 3)Overall if your starting out on gaming this is the best starting rig, especially since this desktop has a crap ton of options to upgrade in the future (it even includes port where if you want to upgrade it to water cooling!)

Would definitely recommend this as a starter PC.It is fairly easy to upgrade if you want it to give more punch and power, but as it stands alone it is pretty great. If you are like me and don't care about running games on ultra graphics and such,this is the computer to get, especially with the price. The noise level of the system is quieter than you would think. This system is using an upgraded CPU cooler from Cooler Master. It is Hyper T2 with 2 heat pipe. Easy to set up,even for those not technologically inclined (like me). Runs well and very quick. Handles my games better than I expected!

The system itself is 100% solid. Everything worked straight out of the box without having to make any reconnections. However, if you’re new to PC gaming, like myself, you’ll probably find windows OEM a pain to install. The HDD’s partition disk was in a different format than what is required for installation of windows 10. so you’ll have to open up the BIOS and format the HDD properly to GPT. After all that was said and done, I was blown away with the PC’s performance. Even though the parts are a little dated I had no problem running my favorite game with demanding graphics while streaming on top of it.

Update: seller called me and said they are replacing the computer. They will send a new one out right away. That was over 6 weeks ago and now they are avoiding my calls, text and emails. A computer tech we hired said the graphic card has died and might have ruined other components.Our computer keeps crashing. They sent us a new power source. We replaced it ourselves and it is still crashing. It is under the 1 year warranty and now they are avoiding my emails.

I have had this PC for 3 weeks now and it’s exactly what I expected! I had a small issue with a rear fan not spinning, and customer service immediately sent me a new fan. It was easy to set up and it already had windows 10 installed. It plays rainbow six siege on medium settings with at least 60 FPS which is pretty amazing for the price. Would definitely recommend!

I bought this PC and just came in the mail yeaterday and it works great no problem at all great for a start gaming pc. Plays gta and fortnite and more i highly recommend this. For people are now getting into pc.

I've had this pc for about a month now and I have no complaints. Its fast and smooth, exactly what I wanted out of a Ryzen 5. The 1050 TI GPU might not be a newer card, but it handles my games without any issues. Overall, this is a great pc for the price and im extremely satisfied.

Runs just about everything you want. The fan runs quiet and is extremely efficient. I had a small problem with getting it to run and called up the seller and he immediately got me the solution and was very helpful and friendly. So glad I purchased this!
