I seem to like Vitaruhe's high dose vitamin supplements very much. On a carnivove diet, it's difficult to get all your essential & necessary vitamins and nutrients from only meat, eggs and ghee, so as works well as a supplement. Benfotiamine is a lab made supplement which converts to Vit B1 in the body very quickly and B1 helps convert whatever you've consumed into energy for the body. Very useful supplement on an extreme weight-loss diet so you won't feel lethargic or tired all day. 👌🏻
