Shipping was incredibly fast. I chose free standard shipping when I ordered it on Feb. 10th, and I received it by noon on Feb. 12th. I order the magenta color, and the color is accurate. It's described with a 15" sleeve, and I believe that is a safe description. I'm able to fit my 15.6" laptop, barely but it fortunately fits. It's very roomy, and I love that because I always carry my laptop, a 2" binder, and at least 1-2 textbooks. I can fit all of that in there and it still has plenty of space to fill. I could probably fit in another textbook or two.I would give 4.5 stars if it was an option, and my only reason is that there's not really organizational pockets. I like to keep my pens, pencil, highlighters, and etc separate and with quick access, but I have to place them mostly together. If you're not particular with those kind of things then this is an easy 5 star bag.As far as my experience with Eastsport, I like them. I ordered this because it was definitely time to replace the one I had since high school, and I'm currently a graduate student. That's about a decade with loads of textbooks. It's pretty torn up, but if I wanted to it could still do it's job with no issues. I'm hoping I get the same usage with this new bag.

My son has had this backpack for 4 years since 1st grade. He is now going into 5th and the only reason we are replacing it is because he is wanting a new color/pattern. It is still in fantastic shape with a little wear and tear. The zippers still work perfectly and the Velcro does too. It's a great size and lightweight. He has crammed it full of heavy books and snow gear for school and put it literally through the wringer and it is still significantly useful. He has beat the heck out of this backpack, and it's stood the test of time, lol. Before school started this year we had purchased a different brand ....which lasted a week and a 1/2 before the zipper broke. Coming back now to this same backpack with just a different pattern this time. Highly recommend this bag!

I bought this to replace my old worn out backpack. I need a backpack nearly every day and this on works perfectly for my needs. A great buy....and I would buy it again if needed....:~)

Most of the backpack is made just fine, but the super thin mesh material that makes up the water bottle holders both wore out and tore and are not really made out of high enough quality material to do the job. Very disappointing. If they could fix this design flaw it would be a great backpack.

Dopo un anno di uso scolastico intensivo, ancora perfetto!Favoloso, comodo, semplice, leggero, come da foto, preso per l'inizio primaria di mio figlio, si è un pò più grande di un seven o di un invicta, ma è più comodo da aprire e chiudere, devo verificare ancora l'impermeabilità sotto la pioggia.

La mochila va muy bien y es de buena calidad, por el momento (hace ya varios meses desde su compra) no he tenido problemas con las costuras y acabados, por lo que estoy satisfecho con la compra.Ojo! La mochila es bastante más grande de lo que parece en las fotos, cosa de la que no me quejo, pero lo indico para que se tenga en cuenta.

È un acquisto per il prossimo anno scolastico quindi per ora è archiviato. Non posso dare le 5 stelle per ovvie ragioni ma la prima impressione è positiva robusto carino e vano porta pc imbottito.
