Just awful. Dry, extremely bitter, texture was just not right and frankly too much money. It didn’t taste fresh and I guess I should have paid better attention to the container. Really you will get about 3 or 4 tablespoons out of eat jar. I love pistachios so after this I learned to make my own for a 3rd of cost.

When it arrived, I opened the bubble wrap and there was oil all over the label of both packages. The plastic cap was not broken, but the inner food safety foil was pushed into the product. (You can't consume food where the safety seal is broken.) it seems to me that the food safety seal was already broken when the cap was screwed on because the cap wasn't even broken. I believe it was defective when it was being bottled, not damaged during shipping.Since both food safety seals had been broken, they leaked all both products. It was a goopy mess.I'd like my money back. Thanks kindly.

Great flavor! Used it to make a pistachio cream sauce for pasta.

This butter is more like wood putty. There is hardly any oil to stir into the paste so it’s just about impossible to spread on bread or toast. The flavor is fine but it’s really hard to use.

Very good tasting. I like it on cheese crackers. I finished the first jar in two days.
