Q: Is there somewhere to look for the length of sleeves and pants? I'm 5'0" and usually need to hem everything.

Not really. I am 5'6", a Large and the arm length of the top from armpit to wrist is 19, the inseam of the bottoms is about 29". I use them as winter pj's because I can't find any that will stay down while I sleep. The legs always seem to end up by or above my knees.

These are very good for tall women. I am also 5'9" tall and they fit good.

I am 5'3 & weigh 112. I wear them under all my slacks & my pajamas & they are fine. You might need to roll them up a bit or shorten them but it's well worth it. Best long underwear I've ever had.
