Hi I’m not happy with this box everything worked fine at first Than the internet connection came loose and now will not go back on line no internet I tried factory reset tried everything, I even had my friend who is up on all that stuff he said u going to have to contact ur seller.

its easy to install and great visual but this one is not working trying to get some one to listen is imposible hermes carriers not appearing yet

A week after using the unit it won't connect with my phone. Thought it was a network problem. Nothing found. Try to call for customer service. Non existing. More offshore garbage

I've had many security systems in my life and I have a warning for those buying this. Everything set up fine but when you changed the screen resolution the unit will restart. The problem is if you choose a resolution that your monitor isn't then the screen will be blank and no signal from HDMI will be sent. There are multiple forums online about this issue. There is no solution for a factory reset from the exterior of the box. So basically your unit will be bricked. There is no customer service number and the support chat on their website doesn't work. Sending back.

This dvr doesn't support video playback on modern internet browsers, so you can't play back the video that's recorded.I would NOT recommend purchasing if you need to retrieve recorded video. Customer support is a joke.The software links point to sites that are no longer available. (404)This is fraud. I would expect this item to be use able 4 months after purchase.I will NEVER buy anything from this company again
