I have chronic muscle pain in my right shoulder, and I bought these on the off chance - you never know what will work. Sadly, they didn't affect my condition, but that is nobody's fault. The pressure clips are reassuringly solid, and they stay on my hands quite well. They aren't entirely comfortable, but I found I could ignore the pressure most of the time. If you wash your hands they will slide off, and you must dry thoroughly to get them to stay on again. There is no indication in the leaflet whether you need to use them on both hands or only one. I tried both, to no avail. I get great results with acupressure wrist bands for motion sickness, which I have used for the last 35 years, so I had thought these could be as beneficial to me. I shall keep the clips in case I ever get a headache!

I purchased these because I get a lot of migraines & stress headaches Thought I would try something different . I’m disappointed with these they don’t fit properly & keep falling off . And thought they looked bigger then they actually are . For me they are not any good .

I have quite puffy hands and I'm struggling to get them to fit so I'm disappointed I'm struggling with migraines and looking for alternatives to tablets 😒

It did not help my migraines at all.. they fall off my hand easily. I did give them a chance, I wore them every day for two weeks but no help.

Dont stay in place if you move your hand

I was hoping for a headache treatment that didn’t include taking pills. These don’t work. Don’t think they can provide enough pressure on the points above your thumbs. Disappointing

Great price for this little gadget, the size is perfect to provide a firm grip on to the hand
