I've bought 2 of these (separate times). One was perfect ,one was broken. The mesh tp part of the microphone is broken and will not stay on.Amazon won't return/refund me, or send me a non defective one. Disappointed for sure. Will attempt a replacement through the manufacturer.

I think this is genius. I need a portable mic alternative for when I cant get into the studio for rehearsals. I cant say enough great things about this. For starters, its BEAUTIFUL. But for me starting out as a new singer, it connects Bluetooth to my cell where I keep the instrumental version of the music and I can practice. I didnt download the recording app because I simply use my computer, ipad, and Samsung tablets for recording. It does charge by USB which I wasn't clear about when I ordered it. Im not professional yet so I cant speak to quality of microphones. Its certainly not the same as the studio mics but it sure helps me practice at home and when I'm out and about during the day. It comes in a nice portable and spacious case that will fit in my bag along with my dance shoes and music. I'm all set! I'm VERY happy with this purchase.

fun while it lasted, This is the worst product i have ever bought on amazon ever. it broke after the 3rd use very bad quality and it wasnt even that loud i bought 3 and 2 of them have broken do not buy this

Update;I emailed their support offfice and since they dont have new items to send me at this time, they have refunded the whole amount. The customer service is very helpful. It is a legit company to make business with.I was so excited to get this and try it coz im an avid karaoke guy. But i was extremely dissappointed with the performance of the product. First, sound or volume is too weak. I need to shout jz to hear my voice loud enough. Second ,i was expecting a clear voice output as per the reviews i was looking at but it actually sound muffled, like u r signing inside a box. My wife was not impressed. I was not impressed. I want to return this, maybe its jz my unit.As per external features. The mic looks sturdy. I jz need to put the volume maxed out to hear my voice.

UPDATE: I am raising from 1 star to 3. Customer service was helpful in replacing defective microphone, but communicating by email took some time. Replacement microphone works fine, but it's not that loud.*****Would not pair with our phones via Bluetooth. Tried contacting customer service but there isno number to call. Emailed them and still waiting. Microphone comes unsealed in an unsealed case so it is impossible to verify whether product is new or used. Microphone and case have no logo or brand name on them (other than a sticker on the case); generic. Lots of similar looking Karaoke microphones with similar looking cases on Amazon.

Yes the product is good, but I was more impressed by the service. It was a Christmas gift for my daughter. Whenever she connected it to bluetooth, there was this buzzing sound, which was loud enough to be audible over the music and very loud without music. She loved the microphone so much, that she was ready to compromise even with it, but it was too much for the rest of us to handle 3/4 hours a day. I wrote to the company, requesting for information, if I did some setup procedure wrong or something I could do to take care of it. After few quick e-mails, we realised, it might be the specific piece. Immediately, they sent another one within two days. And this one works perfectly fine. There are many reviews of the product in detail, so I am not going into that. My 5 stars are for the product and the service.

We gave this to our daughter for Christmas. She LOVED it. However, when the charge died and I went to charge it...it didn’t work!!! When you shake it you can hear somthing small moving-I’m wondering if it is what is supposed to be where the hole is for charging? The plug has nothing to stick into in the microphone to charge. So now I can’t charge it :( Hoping for great customer service and a new one...The company was great and replaced it for my daughter and the new one is perfect!

I bought this for a 10 year old girl. She loved it. It has a clear sound, though it takes practicing to find the perfect distance between lips and microphone so that the sound doesn't distort. She found hundreds of karaoke videos on Youtube and spends a lot of time singing and dancing, which is a plus. On rainy days, we rather see her moving than playing video games.The microphone itself is good looking, sturdy and easy to use right off the box. It connected to the tv wireless in a matter of seconds.Fun and entertaining. I wish it held the charge a little longer.
