Hopefully not TMI, but this heating pad has saved me when I get my monthly visitor. I get horrible cramps and if I put this heating pad on my back or abdomen, it helps with the pain so much.I’ve tried the microwaveable heating pads before and they never stay hot for long. My husband even bought me a small rechargeable pad that you can strap around your stomach, it was advertised as specifically for menstrual cramps (spoiler alert, it wasn’t great…) it was too small and got way too hot in that small area.On the other hand, this heating pad is the best. While the aforementioned bad one was too small, this one is the perfect size. It works for lower back, abdomen, upper back, shoulders. I even used it to help with sciatic pain from my lower back down my leg. The heat distributes evenly and you don’t get any hot spots.The on/off, heat temp, and timer settings are awesome as well. Tons of options for exactly what you need. I honestly keep it plugged in right next to my bed and have even used it to help me fall asleep when I’m cold. It is just the best. Probably the best $ I have spent this year with how much I’ve used it.If you’re on the fence about getting a heating pad that plugs in vs. a microwaveable one, definitely take the plunge on this. Your body will thank you later.

I can't live without my heating pad!! My 1st one lasted several years, I would've been happy with 1-2 for the price. This time the price was probably 40% lower for same item! Covers a large area so great for shoulders, hips, back. I also use it just to warm up when I'm chilled to the bone. Even on lowest setting it provides plenty of heat. Nice & soft. Bought a second one for hubby so I don't have to share!

My cat loves this heating pad more than I do. It's soft warm and fluffy with a cool timer on it. Worth the buy for sure.

I purchase this heating pad to replace one of those older, stiff, plastic covered with scratchy cloth heating pads. A huge improvement!I have had recent shoulder surgery and my arm does not like the cold! This pad is so flexible, I can wrap it comfortably around the top of my arm to get the heat right where I need it!The temperature control has 6 heat settings and four timer settings. It is very easy to bump the controller and shut off the heat or timer. I am constantly looking at the controls to make sure it is where I want it to be. Part of the problem may be me moving around in my recliner.The only other drawback for others may be its smaller size. As I bought it mostly for my shoulder and to wrap around my arm, it is the perfect size and not bulky. However, if you are looking for one to use on your back or other larger areas, you may want to choose another size.

I purchased this as a physical therapy thing for my feet, the heat helps the muscles to relax before I do calf stretching. It’s nice and soft, the heat kicks in pretty fast. The default setting gives a light warm heat but I usually crank it up high. I also used it to keep my seedlings warm. It works great no matter what purpose. The only problem I had was at the beginning Amazon kept moving the delivery date several times, even though it’s supposed to be delivered the next day. It’s an Amazon issue not the item itself so 5 stars are for the heating mat.

I used this heating pad for my baby parrot during weaning & it was perfect! Comes with a remote to control heat, and timer as well. Perfect for the low setting I needed. 10 out of 10! Would highly recommend 🥰.

I was hella skeptical with some of the reviews. But i been using mine fine, it builds up into dangerous heat. But u have a dial you can adjust it with. On that note? I wish it was lockable and its not. If u accidentally roll over it? U will raise the heat by accident. I honestly never get it over the last two settings cuz mine heat's up real fast! I work in a warehouse so my body goes through a-lot of abuse and i needed something to help me with my arms and legs cramping afterwards. Good cup of amino acids and then wrapped in this blanket to relax the strains. I do two sets, one before bed and another after. I don’t do high heat cuz it will damage your nerves or burn skin. Sometimes its to cold at night and i put it in the lowest settings on the highest time limit and enjoy the boost sleep. The only problems i seen so far:1: the press to play dial you can accidentally turn on by rolling on it2: the material will start falling apart from the heat.3: carefully roll the blanket, the coils on mine over bent and not i got a jagged blanket.4: do not let your kids fall asleep with it!! Use only for treatment of muscle cramps or injuries.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR KIDS WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION. I myself have accidentally burned myself cuz i rolled over the controls and it went into max heat. It will melt plastic and fire hazard is obviously a huge problem. Mine heats up to dangerous ranges.
