Hi, I would like to contact the seller but Amazon has made that impossible. I requested a return and incorrectly classified it as defective/doesn’t work because it didn’t fit my vacuum. Now they’re giving me the refund without sending it back. Actually there’s nothing wrong with it, it’s a good piece, it just doesn’t fit my vacuum. I would like to send it back and I have no idea how to do that and I can’t get in touch with the seller.
