feels a little awkward at first but once you get used to it, it feels like just wearing a back pack. Helps a lot and makes you instantly realise how your posture should be. Tried all morning in the office, it does help to try to keep a correct posture, possibly good at the gym as well as sometime during the exercise I feel I'm doing some strange movement. I really like the design in this one. It has a hard piece in the back that allows an appropriate correction of the posture. It also feels like of good quality, so I'm guessing that it's going to last for a long time.

Fantastic item, does exactly what it says. There are cheaper alternatives out there but they are not as comfortable (if worn under a shirt). After the only first few hours after using you feel a difference, it helps majorly with neck strain that you weren’t even aware of! This is not a brace, but a reminder/support for you to straighten your own self out. If you keep this in mind you can wear it longer than the few hours they recommend, and at the end of the day it’s a real relief taking it off (not that it’s uncomfortable but you can give your shoulders a real nice stretch!). You’ll definitely sleep well the following night!

I really like this one, I have for a while been thinking that a posture corrector would be handy. After wearing it for 2 days my hip pain and lower back pain have eased to the point I don't notice. Posture has improved especially while driving which is why I got it. I would of given 5 stars but the padding around the underarm is thin and does tend to dig into your skin even if you wear it over clothes but apart from that fantastic product.Thumbs up from me!

I have been using this for a week now, 1hr a day, and have found it pretty good. It's not going to fix my poor posture from 30 years of working at a desk overnight, but I'm now more aware of how I sit and stand which is a good start. It restricts movement quite a lot so I'm not sure you could wear it doing much else other than sitting but overall I'm happy with my purchase.

Really happy with this. I've been using it while working at the computer and sometimes when playing video games. It does a good job of keeping my posture correct, and serves as a good reminder if I do start to slouch.For what looks like a pretty simple piece of kit, this is deceptively effective. For the most part it’s an extremely comfortable (longer sessions can become slightly uncomfortable) corrector, which shows immediate results.

I wear it 6 - 8 hours a day now and my back pain has not returned.The rate the effectiveness of the corrector is even over than 5 stars!!! Effect in a week! Use it every day and get a big present for you like an improving posture, strengthening muscles and reducing of backache and pains in the neck! It’s an effective corrector of good quality!

On the first few days I did feel slightly uncomfortable with the straps under my arms but then a few dayslater it become part of the norm and I didnt really realise it was there. 5 stars so far.
