OX Trade Level 1800mm

I’m a carpenter from NZ who came to build in London for a year, back home I have a very expensive set of Stabila levels but I didn’t want to shell out for a new set while I’m briefly in the UK. I bought this set of levels as a cheap alternative, thinking it would be cheap crap but would get me by. I was wrong, these levels are brilliant, they’re sturdy and do not flex, lightweight but strong and they have been reading true for over 6 months now. Have a nice sharp edge for pencil. I would buy again, and probably will buy a second set to take home with me for when the apprentice inevitably drops these ones off the roof and gives me the “oh no, sorry ;(“.

Good quality and excellent value

Decent and accurate mini-level with quality vial. However it missed getting 5 stars due to the painted finish on the bottom edge. When I got it, the accuracy was a whisker off and it rocked very slightly on a flat surface due to a tiny ridge in the paint. After carefully swiping it across fine sandpaper the accuracy become spot-on.

My concern at the lowish price was how sturdy it would be, fearing knocking blocks onto it or kids stepping on it. To be fair it's pretty sturdy so am happy with it, it'll do fine for a weekend DIYer like me.

Used for kitchen fit, not had a bad ox product yet, these feel more expensive than price paid

I bought this to help with the levelling of my 3D printer, and it did the job perfectly, solving my (well, most of my) printing problems. It's a handy size, so I keep it with the rest of my 3D printing tools, and I use it before each print, to make certain that the prints don't fail. So far, it's reduced my print failure by a good amount. I suspect this would work well for anyone who occasionally has to check the level of something like paintings or anything else that needs to be level. It's small enough to fit in a tool bag, or your pocket, as a back-up for a larger level too.

Great quality and lightweight. What you’d expect

Not bad for the money, dissatisfied with the boat level as it’s way out, so don’t trust. If you’ve got the £££ go for the pro set!

Es idéntico al de Milwaukee pero en azul: exactamente igual en todos los detalles menos en el color y las letras y logo que llevan uno y otro. Por lo demás es lo mismo, siendo más barato que aquel. Ya lo había leído en una reseña extranjera pero ahora lo confirmo al tener los dos juntos. Así tendré uno en una caja de taladro y el otro en otra.Mide 10 cms de lado, así que va bien para usarlo en lugares pequeños.Nunca había tenido ninguna herramienta de OX y siempre me llamaron la atención porque en sus fotos aparecen con un azul eléctrico súper bonito, como fluorescente, pero en la realidad ese azul es mucho menos llamativo. Para el uso, viendo que es igual (será del mismo fabricante) que el de la marca americana, por lo que la calidad tiene que ser la misma.
